I love that just a block from Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago you can still see buildings like this. It's so beautiful, perfectly historic and the garden is amazing.This is The Cable House designed by Cobb & Frost, built in 1886 for Ransom R. Cable, president of the Chicago, Rockford and Pacific Railroad.
