Guerilla Art.

Noticed this one outside my building today. I love when people see something, have an idea, and follow through. I'm pretty sure whoever did this wasn't walking around with a cut out balloon drawing and an adhesive in their bag. I wonder how long the idea was there before the execution. I've been meaning to post some items from Keri Smith for a while.
